Links bar shows nothing

Hi to all,
I just found out that the links toolbar at the bottom of the screen no longer points to anything, although the "links" folder is still there and correct in my documents and settings.
Toolbars are not locked, adn I can enable or disable it, but just the "links" name shows up when enabled.
Any idea welcome !
