Hi there, i am working on a database and i am trying to link two excel worksheets such that Names entered into a worksheet as 'Unprocessed' will matchup against the master list from the database as such.

One important thing is that since names will be common between the two lists, if the cells could be highlighted or flagged in some way, (as Unprocessed) that would great.

Thanks in advance and looking forward to the replies.
