Limited user can't run printer

I have a laser machine GCC LaserPro Spirit which is installed on a virtual USB port created by the driver for the machine. Now I can use the machine from Administrator accounts in Windows XP but not from limited user accounts.

Have you tried adding the printer while logged on to that account?
