I have 2 problems:
1: Only the owner account can print to our printer. The accounts I've created for my other family members won't print properly to the printer, regarless of wether I make them administrator ot limited. I'm using the latest HP XP drivers.
2: Limited Use accounts cannot access programs that were installed after the accounts were created.

The culprit is probably XP's simplified file sharing model. Intended to shelter home users from the complexities of NTFS, I'm afraid the end result is that limited use really means what it says.
The underlying security restricts access to files that are needed by many pre-XP programs or even XP-compliant programs that are installed to an unexpected location.
Simple file sharing is a grand idea, but I'm afraid MS missed the mark. XP-Pro users can turn it off in the folder options. Unfortunately, Home users are stuck with it. My guess is that most machines will end up with everybody using the same account or all accounts as administrators.
