Limited account can't use programs

I created an account for my nephew which was a limited acount (because he messes and causes windows problems).
I put loads of games on his computer and other apps such as Power DVD but he can't use any of them. The message he's getting is that he has got administrator priveleges so he can't play any games

Limited accounts are just that. What you could do is boot to Safe Mode with the default Admin account and set the permissions on those programs so that your nephew's account has modify privileges. Then, he can run the programs.
