Has anyone managed to make the Lexmark 2050 work with XP? If so please help me because I cannot find a driver that works. Thanks all for your help!

Thanks pea63, for your help, but I've been there and downloaded that file but it's only a readme file - no good as a driver! Lexmark don't support it for XP, but I remember reading somewhere some time ago that someone has installed an XP driver for another Lexmark printer and it worked - but I can't remember which it was! Any other suggestions anybody, please? Thanks.

Ok..... try this, go to www.driverguide.com, if u r not a member reg for free, I use it all the time.
I went there and done a basic search for you, by typing in lexmark, printer and xp and got back 145 results,(do not put in 2050) check it out by reading comments or maybe something will jog your memory of the driver u search for.

Thanks again, pea63, I think I've tried everything and it appears this driver simply doesn't exist. I guess I'll have to give up!
