I have lost my supervisor password ..
My system manufacture lenovo.. Bios ver-1.00parttbl// every time restiction for me chosing booting device..
Are you sayng you have forgotten (or lost...) the password that restricts access to the bios settings? If so a trawl/search in google reveals a few options to consider...

http://www.computerhope.com/issues/...
http://www.tech-faq.com/reset-bios-...
http://articles.techrepublic.com.co...
http://www.technibble.com/how-to-by...
http://www.dewassoc.com/support/bio...
are just a few...
Suggest you read them all - first; then see which works easiest/best for you...
And once you have unlocked it... can't see any reason to lock iit again? Suggest you leave it unlocked (un protected) as it's your (?) own laptop? IF you do decide to lock it again... then make sure you have a hard copy (a written) note of it somewhere safe...; and even within the system itself (in a file somewhere...)?
Also perhaps do your own google search using the term:
forgotten bios password
You'll get all of the above and a lot more...; and some will refer to "clearing the bios password" rather than forgotten bios password...
you can try to google Password Genius
I can help with lost Thinkpad Supervisor passwords, will need to send Thinkpad to me and I will return unlocked. Email fixmythinkpad@btinternet.com with your model number for details.
