Legal printing getting cut off

Hi ~ I am using a Canon Multi-Pass F-60 and I can't print out a legal size page - it keeps getting cut off at what would be the bottom of a letter size paper. I have tried it in Word & Digital Image Pro ( it is a large graphic that I'm printing ) and they are all getting cut off. I have checked the help for the printer and both programs and have changed the paper to legal in the Canon Properties but no luck! Any ideas? Thanks....
They also have for downloading, setup instructions and Windows XP installation instructions.
Take care,
Linda

I have all the latest drivers but it is still cutting off - no matter what program I use. It shows a legal setting but won't print it - any other ideas? Thanks for your help!

Hi Christine.
Is there a lever or buttons on the printer itself that have to be set for a different size paper?
Maybe the printer settings override the driver settings.
