Is your web browser icon on the Desktop or in the Start Menu? Depending on the location, it may require a single-click or double-click with the left mouse button.

It's not the homepage itself that you're having trouble loading, it's your web browser. Once the browser loads, it then tries to load your homepage website or whatever you set the browser to do once it starts up.

Apologies if I don't respond to your reply immediately. I don't check this site daily, but you're welcome to PM me as a reminder.

Hi Rob1109

As mentioned by "Xps86", location of the icon will determine the number of clicks required to open the application.

If double clicking the application is not opening it, you may try reducing the double click speed. To do that, perform the steps mentioned below:

1. Click Start> Control Panel> Mouse
2. Reduce the Double Click using the slider
3. Apply the settings and click ok

If you are referring to the web browser not opening, reset the browser. For Internet Explorer, refer to the link mentioned below:

Thanks & Regards
