LCD moniter turned sideways

Out of no where my screen turned sideways. Now, in order to use it I have to turn my whole monitor vertical.How do I get it back the right way??

Press the Ctrl and Alt keys together then either the up or down or right or left arrow key to rotate the screen. Tufenuf
