Hi,
I have a Videocon Bazooka TV and a HP DV6000 series laptop running Windows XP MCE. It is equipped with a Nvidia GeForce Go 7400 video chip. I wanted to view movies playin on the laptop on my TV. I bought a S-Video - RCA (locally made or made in China wadeva!) and connected the S-Video Out to the RCA (Red, Yellow, White) ports on the TV. Pressing Fn+F4 toggled the video on the TV screen but the colors were missing. In other words, the video was playing in B&W. I dont mind the audio coming from the laptop but I gotta get the TV to display videos in color.
(If I go to Display Properties > Settings > Advanced - Right click on Monitor 2 > select "Attached" and click Apply...it shows a garbled black and white image on TV so I am sticking to Fn+F4 keys as mentioned in the user guide)
How can I get colored display on my TV?
Is it an issue with the cable/connectors or do I need to tweak some setting in the Nvidia Display panel?
Any suggestions in this regard will be appreciated....thanx in advance!
Mike :-)

Perhaps the following will help - especially the info down away (item 6) re' ntsc/pal etc.; but read it all thru regardless?
