after i clean registry laptop not starting says click ctrl+alt+del for a new start... how can i make it work

i don't have the xp cd, then i tried with vista i saw the blue screen and then same problem appears ctrl+alt+del... i also tried to reboot from HDD not working.. help please.

if you don`t have installation disk, then you`re in trouble...maybe you can call some friend to give you a hand ?
