Typing in all caps is considered to be shouting and is therefore rude. Also hard to read.

Posting 3 times about the same issue is against forum rules.

Describe the color stripes in more detail. IE, horizontal, vertical, strip one color for the full length, etc.? Are you seeing these stripes immediately after start up, in safe mode, or after the laptop attempts to boot into regular WinXp?

If your laptop is overheating you may be getting pixilation. If that is the case

What type of display (monitor) are you trying to use in safe mode. You need to use a computer monitor. Not a TV, if that is what you are using. The connection needs to be a VGA type, not HDMI or similar.

It is possible the graphics chip in your laptop is defective. In which case you may not be able to do much with it.
