hi i have a question about LCD screens on my laptop .
how long do they last ? and how delicate are they when you put pressure on the screen it deforms and when you release it i goes back to normal how much pressure can they take

the screen will last a long time as long as you take care of it - like not putting any pressure on the screen!!! it's filled with liquid crystal, and if it is punctured, gonna have to open up that wallet because they're not cheap. the biggest problem with laptop screens is the backlight - a thin flourescent tube that goes around the screen. they can go out often. not too expensive, but the labor is.
