language toolbar doesn't exist

OS: XP pro sp2
CPU/Ram: P4 2,6 / 256

My language toolbar doesn't exist on the taskbar although it's enabled. When I right click the taskbar->toolbars it's not there !
If I disable "show language bar on the desktop" from control panel->regional & language options and enable it again , it appears floating on the desktop but I can't integrate it to the taskbar. Thanks for you help

Try the following registry entries to restore your language toolbar (put these lines in a file called fix.reg and use that.):
