For the past few weeks whenever i've tried to play any of the games installed on my laptop they have run very slow and lagged at points, and this is a problem i've never had before. I've tried just about everything to fix this including scanning for spyware/adware and viruses and trojans but that hasn't solved the problem. I also disabled many of the nonessential processes running in the background but that hasn't helped much either. I have a mobility radeon 9000 video card with 64mb ram which is enough to support the running of these games. I was wondering if there was anything that i didn't take into account which may be causing this problem or perhaps could it be a hardware problem? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
It could be caused by some other programs that you have installed that use an auto updating program or it could be that your other programs are using up all your ram with their operations. There might be a slight conflict between games as to the flash downloads or java script also. More than likely though it is just usedf up ram. Try clearing the ram cache.
