You have winpatrol. Use it to stop all the programs from starting when the computer starts. The only thing that really needs to be in the start up folder is your anti-virus and spyware/malwre programs, and the graphics drivers(controllers)...there might be a couple of more depending on what kind of computer that you have. None of the others must be there for you to start the computer.
There might be one issue with that dialer program as I could find no info on it so it might be a bad program....There are some other issues that could cause a slow computer such as a good registry cleaner and alot of other items that are doubled up that i can't see that you need. But since those pose no threat you will need to decide why you have them there!
It is the disadvantaged who habitually elect Democrats on the belief of personal change---
yet they remain disadvantaged.

Hai'
The dialer program is of my ISP
My computer is not slowing down but only kaspersky antivirus takes a long time to load
I use scirroca take break because it prevents me from using computer too long
Can you tell me the things which I don't need as I have no problem in uninstalling anything from my computerI am great

Joe 123
I think lurkswithin is referring to program loaded at startup. Merely having a program installed on your computer isn't normally a problem. Unless, of course, the program is malicious.
Open Task Manager and look at the bottom of the box to see how many processes are running. Post the number.
I tried Kapersky some time ago and found it to be slow. That is a very unscientific opinion.

Othehill is correct.
If you start your computer then all programs that are set to start at boot will conflict with each other till they are all started. Normally the spyware/malware/virus programs have a priority for startup first. I have seen Microsoft office suites try to over-ride this, along with Adobe programs and the program Bearshare is notorious for this. And while Kapersky is a great program it is notoriously invasive and slow....
One thing I forgot....if you are using ATI graphics, sometimes there is a conflict between that and a lot of various anti-virus programs, caused by memory leakage through the graphics card. try re-installing the driver or choose an older/newer driver to use and it will clear up! A sign for this issue is the remnents of a window hanging in another window or desktop.
Joe 123,
you asked about turning off or removing various programs... That decision is yours and yours alone. You know what you use the computer for and you know what the programs are and whether you need them or not. You need to decide on whether an installed program is worth having take up space on your computer. No one else can or should advise you on that.
It is the disadvantaged who habitually elect Democrats on the belief of personal change---
yet they remain disadvantaged.

Since you have CCleaner, fire it up, click on TOOLS, then STARTUP. Look over the list & disable whatever you don't want/need loading at startup.
As for which programs to uninstall, it's really your call. You seem to be overly paranoid about web security/infections & have numerous anti-spyware/anti-malware programs. I'm sure you can eliminate some of them & still be "safe", especially since you're apparently using dial-up. You also have several audio/media players - why do you need so many?
If it were up to me, here's the programs I'd definitely dump:
Advanced Uninstaller PRO 2006 - version 7
Advanced WindowsCare Personal
Advanced WindowsCare Professional
Ashampoo WinOptimizer 4.51
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009
McAfee SiteAdvisor

I 'never' disagree with Jam, but I do about getting rid of WinPatrol. It's one of my favorite applications. It warns me if some program is trying to insert itself into the run task list. Of course I am running the 2007 version, I don't know about the 2008 one.
