hi i have a pent 4, xp home system with a radeon 9800 installed and directx 9.0...i recently bought and installed the game star wars: knights of the old republic on to my computer and nothing went wrong with the installation or anything...however, i ahve noticed a slow-down in frame rate in some areas, but the comp has 2.5 ghz and 512 mb ram...also, a major problem, none of the movies play; instead, i get two checkerboard-like pictures at the top and bottom of the screen
if anyone has any advice on my problem, i would highly appreciate it
thanks
