Hi, I am having trouble with my keyboard and mouse randomly not responding- I am working and then the lights go off on my keyboard and mouse and the screen freezes. I have a logitech Wave keyboard, logitech mx310 mouse, and a HannsG HW191D screen. I have done virus/spyware/adware checks using AVG, Spybod SD, Ad-Aware, rune CCleaner, cleared my CMOS etc. It also doesn't let me use the arrow keys to try to start the computer in safe mode. I recently installed a internet protection software (BSafe), but i don't know if thats the problem.

Thanks.

dantethepilgrim, it might be BSafe (sorta doubt it). Find out for sure by temporarily disabling it and seeing if the problem goes away. If not, suspect the mouse itself. They fail now & then. Maybe it's just dirty?
