Specs: Windows XP
every time I re-start computer keyboard will not work. I uninstall keyboard and will work until next time I re-start

2: Make sure Caps Lock isn't on.

3: Make sure your Regional and Language Options settings are Ok.

Screen 4: 2 instances of United States or whatever your area is.
Screen 5: 2 instances of United States or whatever your area is.
Changing Language for non-Unicode Programs
Advanced > 2 instances of United States or whatever your area is ( may only have 1 available )

4: Try pressing F8 during boot, select Debugging Mode, press > Enter.

5: Go into Device Manager & make sure the keyboard is set up correctly. If the keyboard is still giving trouble, uninstall it & reboot, Windows will automatically reinstall it.

6: Borrow an USB or other keyboard & try.
