Keyboard shortcut to right click?

Is there a way to "right click" or "alternate click" if your right mouse button doesn't work?
Ex. Shift+Click or anything of the sort?
The reason I ask is I can't seem to right click anything without my computer completely freezing. Well that's not completely true, all I can do is Ctrl+Alt+Del and end explorer.exe Then restart the PC again. So I am wondering if there is a keyboard shortcut to the right click menu?
use left mouse click to Highlight the item whose context menu you’d like to display, then press Shift-F10.

If you have a Win95 compatible keyboard it comes with a right click button. It is down on the righthand side of the keyboard between the right ctrl and windows keys.

Check your mouse settings in Control Panel to be sure nothing has changed, especially the right button.
