Hey!, thats happended to me before I wonder check your cable from your keyboard to your computer. Restart. If that doesn't work your keyboard could be very old and may be malfunctioning or not working correctly and microsoft vendors would probably also recommending you get a new keyboard. Hope that helps!.

If the laptop has a ps/2 connector, attach an external keyboard and see if it happens.

Currently, I dun know why, the keyboard functions well again! Any ideas? Attach new keyboard got no issue at alL!

Keyboard working intermittinglyso i changed it. The problem still kept happening. I then changed it to a USB Keyboard. The problem is still happening. Clicking sound comming from mother board.

Hi Michael; I got the same problem as yours! Motherboard got clicking sound when I on the computer but just sometimes!
