When starting up computer, message appears on screen: keyboard not present; press f1 to continue or del to go to setup. My keyboard is present, and plugged in. I cannot do anything else from the load screen, as my computer stops and awaits a command from my keyboard, which it is not detecting. Can someone give me some advice on this.
