keyboard keys mixed up

hello, my keyboard is giving me guff, when i when i try to get the @ sign for email i have to press the numer 2 with shift as oppposed to the right key with the symbol, these keys seem to have swapped. does anyone know how to resolve this,not life threatining i know but it is annoying
