Comment:

I recently purchased a new Packard Bell PC with Windows XP installed. The @ and " keys are the wrong way round (ie when typing 'at' in email address I hold down Shift 2 instead of Shift '. Silly but annoying. Soz, it is hard to articulate without knowing the technical terms. I have checked that the PC and device drivers are set to UK english but am now at a bit of a loss. Any suggestions?

I thought all keyboards had the @ symbol as uppercase 2. Maybe I have led a sheltered life.

UK Keyboards have the @ over the apostrophe but if Language is set at English US then you get Karen's problem
