Hello, Our company is using Dell Optiplex 320 and 330. Everytime I relocate a computer, the keyboard and mouse wont respond after hooking it back up. I have to RDP to the computer to reinstall the keyboard and mouse drivers! Any ideas??

After restarting the computers, how long did you wait before deciding the keyboard and mouse didn't work? Are they USB devices?

After booting the computer back up, I waited at least 5 minutes.
I contacted Dell and after being transferred 4 times I spoke with a rep who explained that the drivers that were previously installed were "per port based" - meaning I have to plug in the keyboard and mouse to the exact same port they were plugged in when the drivers were initially installed.
