Keep restarting after running heavy games

Specs: Windows XP
When I played Pro Evo Soccer 2010 or Need
for Speed for about 10 minutes, PC always
restart and after boot
up, my XP SP2, .NET Framework 2.0, DirectX
9.0C March '09 and VGA driver that along with
VGA package (the detail that I showed was
down grade from XP SP3 .NET Framework 3.5
and new VGA driver 12.02.10; with this detail
on the left have same problem - repeating
restart) show warning sign as below :

ir00\Mini102706-10.dmp

See MS site for how to read dump logs.

Might also look at event logs.

See health settings in bios.

Might be getting too hot or PSU issues.

I have mobo ConRoe945G-DVI, a little too hot, it wont be
because my PSU unit, I replaced with the new ones and I tried to
upgrade to VIsta Home Basic, those warning sign still appears
with the same messages
Any spesific help?

Install Speed Fan to check internal temperatures and fan RPM while in widows. If your core temps are high, check your heat sink for dust and your fan to make sure it is spinning quickly enough. If both yes, then you may need to reseat the heat sink with a good thermal compound.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.
