keep getting error on start up

must have deleted something not sure what but when i reboot or just start my computer right when i click on my user name this pops up.... "Windows cannot find C:\windows\system32\tools\delfolders.exe. make sure you typed the name correctly and try to search for a file click the start button and then click search"..... if this is a file i cant find it and dont know where to find it can someone help plzzz....
