Recently, I keep getting disconnected from my DSL Highspeed Internet with QWEST & MSN. I'll be playing a game at Slingo.com. then get a popup error saying: lost Internet disconnection with a choice to work off line. Then I get another popup error " Cannot find a required library file. MSNMETAL.DLL then my mouse freezes and I have to reboot. I ran my Anti-Virus & Anti-Software, but still getting disconnected with same popup errors. PLEASE HELP ASAP, Thank-You!
There is nothing to learn from someone who already agrees with you.

I went to the link you provided to me. Should I run both the mailhost (mailui.dll) and the download host (msnmetal.dll) or just the download host (msnmetal.dll) being that this is the one that I recieve the error in? Also, I can't remember if I installed it in the default directory or not. Is there a way to check? However, I don't know why I wouldn't install it in the default directory in the first place.
