I use Microsoft Outlook to manage my schedule. I have to keep the program running for it to remind me of events. However, it is inconvenient for it to occupy space on my taskbar. Is there a way I can have the program running in the background but not taking up space on my taskbar? Any help with this would be great. And if there is a better way to use Outlook or manage my schedule, please let me know.
Thanks.
Jonas
I have an IBM Thinkpad T41 with Windows XP Professional OS.

My recommendation is to use PowerMenu. It allows to to minimize windows to the system tray (that area next to the clock).
You could also use the scripting language

Thank you. This program was just what I was looking for. My taskbar looks much better. Thanks again.
