Ever since installing SP2 I can't run Kazaa, does anyone know why?
I use DietK, and it shows the splash screens, then just exits. I've tried reinstalling, but still have problems.

Cheers

Not sure, but it might have to do with the fact that kazaa has so much spyware.

When all else fails beat the $%!* out of it!!!

delete kazaa right now, its horrible.. haha i use www.aresgalaxy.org
i will never look back on kazaa or any downloading music software anywhere. there is no spyware or anything. i recommend formating your computer, just to get rid of all the spyware that kazaa put on your computer. its always good to start fresh.

steve,
Try going to:
In Internet Explorer, select <tools>
<internet options> <security>
Now select <restricted sites>
and now select <Sites>
Go down the list and find your type Kaaza,
highlight it and click <Remove>
Let me know if this does it.

I use kazaa with sp2 installed and I have no problem at all. It's kazaa k++. I suggest also you just remove kazaa, use a good spyware detection tool to remove all the left scrap from the old installation and re-install it. Can't see why it wouldn't work. Other wise switch to k++.

Don't forget to download my xp-theme at http://www.themexp.org
go to section visual style, music and it's Script for a Jesters Marillion and Misplaced Marillion.
