OK I am having 2 problems with this Mobo,
it stays stuck and "WAIT..." for some reason now, and i updated the AMI BIOS in it, Theres a way past if i load up the bios and exit it proceeds to searching my devices for boot records, I try to install any OS, such as WINDOWS XP PRO, WINDOWS 2000 or any i Get errored "THE FILE ACPI.SYS IS CORRUPTED" or something like that, I tried disabling ACPI from the bios but I dont know which options to disable or exactly where they are at. Please help

At the CMOS Setup utility window, select Power Management Setup and press enter. Now, you are at Power management Setup window. The first option is ACPI function. Use + or - to change to Enabled or Disable
