The screen resolution is rubbish, its currently set to 640 x 480 and wont let me change it?

I dont know what sound card have? How can i find out? And then where can i get the drivers from?

Your Resultion is not good cause you have not installed the proper drivers for your Video Card.

Open your Box to check what Video and what Audio card you use, this is probably the fastest way to get to a positive result or visit the DELL Website and add your serial number somewhere they willgive you the proper configuration of the PC if not altered by 3th party

Ive been looking on there and found two slightly different lists of drivers to install one:http://en.community.dell.com/forums/p/19249807/19401152.aspx and two:http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsn/document?c=us&docid=1A0C0937D62A8739E0401E0A55174744&doclang=en&l=en&s=gen

any ideas which one to chose?

So I have gone through the drivers and installed them. Screen resolution problem is sorted! However upon installing the specific Audio Driver from Dell the same error message came up! And when i start it up it still asks me to choose which Windows XP to start up?
