JS/Zquest Trojan

OS: Windows xp sp2
CPU/Ram: amd 6000+, 2 gb ram

I have etrust av and everytime i reboot it finds this trojan and deletes it but it seems to be regenarating it somehow. does anyone know how to delete this trojan.

I used superantispyware and it took it off finally.
