When I have Startup Organizer on the following box keeps coming up. The box is titled "Startup Organizer" and the message in it is "The following application was loaded to a startup category, C:\WINDOWS\system32\jrrrjb.exe.
Do I want to unload it?
If I say YES, the box reappears in a couple of minutes. If I say NO, no further reloads occur.
What might be going on?
I ran SpyBot R&D and ADAWARE scan and removed everything they found

I've had this hapen before with a different piece of software. Look in the registry under HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run
if you see the mentioned file above in this section, delete it. You might also want to search you might also want to manually delete the file from the above directory as well.
My guess is that spybot or adaware is missing soemthing in the startup section. There might even be a separate executable that is running at startup and downloading the file from somewhere...
Find the file, and nuke it.
