I can't open .JPG files w/Nero Photo Snap...historically I have been able to. I can open .jpg files w/iexplorer.. HELP! I can't open any of my pic files.

kkanzius, I'm unfamiliar with photo snap, never used it. Suspect your problem can be solved by simply changing the proggie association you use to open the files. I use Irfanview (free @: http://www.irfanview.com ) to open any/all graphics. Never had any type of problem, but a number of things can open .jpg files. Simply choose the one you like best, RIGHTCLICK a .jpeg and highlight the critter you want to use. Put a check mark in the 'always use' box to make your choice permanent. HTH. Ed in Texas.

Hey ED , You beat me to the punch ,I was just getting the web site info for kkanzuis on Irfan Photo viewer/converter ! kkanzuis,listen to Ed ,I have performed changes with photos I never thought I would be able to do.Its very user friendly and its actually better then most of the Photo software you would have to pay for. Changing formats and size of a image are all easy ! I had more fun with this app ,doing things like putting my brothers face on a monkey etc ! Take Care ,Nick
