Hi,
My new boss would like to access our Network/Domain using his personal laptop(XP Pro).
His laptop is already a member of his previous work's domain and he would like to keep access his previous work from this laptop.
Is there a way that he can join our domain without removing his laptop from his previous work's domain?
Cheers,
Alex

Alex, if you're a Domain Admin, you should already know the answer to your question. So, I'm assuming you aren't a DA.
The answer to your question is No. You certainly can have one of your Domain Admins add the machine to your Domain. You may have a problem though. Unless your boss has his own Local Administrator Account, or knows the default Administrator account name and password, once the machine is removed from the original Domain, you won't be able to add it to your Domain without hacking into the account.
There's no reason he needs to lose any of the work he already has on the laptop. Changing the machine to login to a different Domain won't affect the data. The only problem that would come in there is file permissions. To remedy that, just login as a Domain Admin after adding the machine to the Domain and move the data if it's stored under the old user profile.

It can get confusing:Connecting to multiple networks
**There is a $15 dollar utility called Netswitcher that has gotten good reviews.
