I am having trouble understanding how the multiple user feature works on XP. For example, I entered data in Excel as an 'office'(name we gave)user but then when our bookeeper goes in under'bookeeping'(name we gave)the Excel file does not have the same data. I want all Excel info to be in one spot. Can we do away with the two seperate users and join the files? Or is it too late?

Try saving the documents in the Shared Documents folder. If I'm thinking right that should solve the problem.
