Java VM for XP

CPU/Ram: P4 256Mb

I am having problems using java VM for XP.

I know this was supposed to be included in SP1 but as far as I can see it has made no difference at all.

Obviously, I have checked the MS knowledgebase for answer but can not find any.

Can anyone tell me where i can find a working copy of java VM or any troubleshooting docs???
