Several weeks ago java apps decided to stop loading on web pages-really matters because several professors have online quizzes using java. I have Sun Java 2 v.1.4.0_02 and have uninstalled, downloaded and reinstalled with no luck. Tried netscape 7 without success-downloaded and installed MS Virtual Machine just to see what would happen-didn't work. I am on cable through charter...not running a firewall or anything, security settings are wide open and no java. Thats everything i can think of that i have tried-if anyone knows whats up or has an idea please email me-thanks Alan

Have you double check the settings under Internet Options >>Internet Properties (Control Panel) where an inadvertent change may have occurred?
