SteveZ, If you have Java 6 with update 14 installed why would you want to install update 11? You don't need it since you have update 14 installed which is the latest version.

SteveZ, That's strange because the update 14 should contain all the pertinent update 11 files plus the latest files. Probably the only thing you could try is to uninstall all the versions you have installed thru the Add/Remove Programs then try to install the update 11. You may need to remove all traces using the Microsoft Installer Clean Up Utility prior to trying to install the update 11. Check out the link below under "Removal Instructions at the bottom of the page.
