Japanese Characters

Hi, I have created an excel sheet with all english characters. However, when I send the excel sheet to my boss via email as an attachment, when he opens the excel sheet, some of the characters are in Japanese. How can we resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Summary: Well looks like the actual OS does not support the language settings. If you're lucky, you might find a patch for it in support.microsoft.com and see if this will do the fix. If not then your japanese...
