My AVG detected i-worm lovegate in WINDOW/system32/Netservices.exe and has healed it, but my laptop keep popping up message that the file is still infected. How can I get rid of the false alarm.

It may not be false. You don't know who's telling the truth do you? install a diff AV programme and scan with that.

Thank you for your response, but I have deliberately uninstalled AVG, redownload a new version, and used it to scan the file again before, but the same still happen.
