its about Utorrent and PFConfig

Hi Guys, I am a new user of utorrent, I use this program to download movies, TV SERIAL etc As I needed to forward my port I use another program called PFConfig. But this program ask for my TCP & UDP. how can I find my TCP & UDP number how do i find this TCP & UDP in my computer.
