Hi,

I have quite a few icons listed on the taskbar. How do i remove them permanently? ie i do not want them to autolaunch when XP has started. Thanks!

i have done it. Thanks a lot. But although they are not in the taskbar, they are still under taskbar/customise/customize notifications (under Past items). But in fact these programs (eg. Twin Video player, McAfeeGuardian, Vshield) longer exist in my pc, how come they are still being registered as past items?
