It won't load to boot disk!!

i tried to do a clean install of xp, during the installation i reformatted my drive and after it finished i got a blue screen error fata system error. i'm trying to boot the the boot disk but it keeps trying to continue the installation of xp, it seems to read the floppy but won't load the dos prompt, the bios is set to read the floppy but it keeps skipping it. help!

You could have a bad floppy disk or corrupted files on the floppy. Is booting to the CD and option for you?
Please list more information about your computer.
Was XP up and running on this machine before?

try ejecting the CD and make sure that the floppy drive is the in the first order of your boot process

i just created the boot disk yesterday and it worked, anyhow... i tried a differnt boot disk and it detected it but it wasn't the right boot disk, so i tried the orginal one again and it worked this time,.. ?? i don't know why but it's working! i'll try the install once again. thanks for the tip
