ISS fails to start after installing

After installing WIN XP, I also installed macromedia MX and IIS to get a testing server running, you can get the starting page with http://localhost, but after installing several other programs such as: NeroBurning Rom, Xvid, Nemopack 7.0, Winamp, Soulseek, Kazaa, winrar, bsplayer it doesn't start up any more with http://localhost!!! and I can't get a testing server running in Dreamweaver
