IsoBuster/Bin File Help!

Hi. I just got a CD from a close friend of mine of a game he'd burned to a CD. However, it was just one file on the CD. So I used IsoBuster to open the Bin file, and whenever I try and run setup/[game].exe/Anything like that it says files are missing, Is it just the copy of the game I assume? It was downloaded off Sharereactor.com, which should make it somewhat Legit... Thanks for any help.
