Hi, I just installed the Sygate firewall. A file listed as Isass.exe came up. Sygate says it is the Internet Security Association and Key Management./IPSEC key exchange. My questions are; Is this a normal Win Xp Pro file ? Should I block it ? In plain terms what the H _ _ _ is it.

The above comment about leaving it alone, means that as a Windows SERVICE it should not be stopped or DISBALED, as long as it is working properly. Win XP. LSASS - Local Security Authentication Server. Verifies the validity of user logons to your PC or server, which is authenticating a user for the Winlogon. Normal part of xp.
