I did a search at Microsoft Help and Support.

A search for isass.exe found 3 listings
A search for 0xc0000005 Found 2790 listings
A search for isass.exe 0xc0000005 didn't find anything.
One of the 3 listings for isass.exe mention the sasser worm.
